By accessing or using Vectorify ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Vectorify provides image-to-vector conversion tools through a browser extension and web application. The Service allows you to convert raster images (such as PNG and JPG) into scalable vector graphics (SVG).
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to:

- Keep your account credentials secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload or process images that you do not have the right to use

5. Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain all rights to the images you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the conversion service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Our Content
The Vectorify name, logo, website, extension, and all related materials are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Free Tier
We offer a limited number of free conversions. Once you exceed the free tier limits, you will need to subscribe to continue using the Service.
Paid Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without prior notice.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT THE RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
Conversion quality may vary depending on the source image. We do not guarantee specific output quality or accuracy.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of third parties.
