Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 24, 2026

Vectorify ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our browser extension and web application.

Information We Collect

Our guiding principle is to collect only what we need. Here's what that means in practice:

Identity and Access

When you sign up for Vectorify using Google authentication, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We use this information to personalize your account and send you essential product updates. We'll never sell your personal information to third parties, and we won't use your name in marketing statements without your permission.

Session Data

When you log in to Vectorify, we collect your IP address and browser user agent string. This information is stored with your session data for security purposes, fraud prevention, and to help diagnose issues if you encounter problems using the service. Session data is retained for the duration of your session and deleted when you log out or when sessions expire.

Billing Information

If you sign up for a paid Vectorify subscription, you will be asked to provide your payment information and billing address. Credit card information is submitted directly to our payment processor and doesn't hit our servers. The payment processor is the single source of truth for all billing information.

Images You Process

When you use Vectorify to convert an image to SVG, the image is sent to external servers for processing. We retain images for 30 days and then permanently delete them from our database.

Cookies

We use persistent first-party cookies and some third-party cookies to store certain preferences, make it easier for you to use our applications, and perform analytics. A cookie is a piece of text stored by your browser. It may help remember login information and site preferences. It might also collect information such as your browser type, operating system, web pages visited, duration of visit, content viewed, and other click-stream data. You can adjust cookie retention settings and accept or block individual cookies in your browser settings, although our apps won't work and other aspects of our service may not function properly if you turn cookies off.

Voluntary Correspondence

When you email us with a question or to ask for help, we keep that correspondence, including your email address, so that we have a history of past correspondence to reference if you reach out in the future. We also store information you may volunteer, for example, written responses to surveys.

How We Secure Your Data

All data is encrypted via SSL/TLS when transmitted from our servers to your browser. The database backups are also encrypted. In addition, we go to great lengths to secure your data at rest.

Your account information is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Session tokens are used to keep you logged in and are stored as secure cookies. Images submitted for conversion are processed in memory and temporarily stored only as long as necessary to complete the conversion. We use secure HTTPS connections for all data transfers.

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or legitimate business purposes. Images submitted for conversion are retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.

Location of Site and Data

Vectorify is operated from North Macedonia. Our data infrastructure, including servers and cloud storage, is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Europe. Your data remains within the European Economic Area (EEA).

Data Protection for EU Users

Your personal data is stored on servers located within the European Economic Area (EEA) and is protected under EU data protection law (GDPR). We do not transfer your personal data outside the EEA for storage or processing.

Some third-party services we use (such as Fal.ai for image processing and Google for authentication) may process data outside the EEA. These providers are required to maintain appropriate safeguards for data protection. For questions about our data protection practices, please contact us at contact@keystroke.sh.

Changes and Questions

We may update this policy as needed to comply with relevant regulations and reflect any new practices. If we make significant changes, we will refresh the date at the top of this page and notify users who have signed up to our policy updates mailing list.

Have any questions, comments, or concerns about this privacy policy, your data, or your rights with respect to your information? Please get in touch by emailing us at contact@keystroke.sh.
